Rhode Island Community Action Association (“RICAA”) is seeking out a full case management system to aide member agencies and authorized affiliates of RICAA in assisting clients, obtaining necessary information, tracking service delivery and outcomes, fulfilling reporting requirements and enhancing our operational capacity while bettering the service delivery to our clients. The case management system we are seeking is electronic in nature and is operated, maintained and owned by Rhode Island Community Action Association.
